The Moran group of companies has the ability to access an array of structural insurance and build warranty services. This allows us to allocate the right product to your commercial or residential new build, conversion or refurbishment projects.
This focus on quality across the board is nothing new to our team. Previous developments spear headed by Patrick Moran, allowed our sister company T.J.Moran & Sons Ltd to achieve the status of A1* under the NHBC (National House Building Council) rating system, having been monitored by the establishment since 1983.

The welfare of our workforce and the safety of all those who may be affected by our works is paramount. Both Paul and Joseph Moran hold Site Manager safe training scheme (Skills-CITB) accreditation as well as First Aid qualifications.
We employ the services of health and safety consultants RG Wilbrey Consultants Ltd, who are well respected in their field, as our ‘competent person’ in order to ensure the health and safety provisions are monitored by an independent body.
